New Build — Driveway, Stairs & Foundation

This new build needed the full concrete treatment: foundation walls, a formed and poured front staircase, and a new driveway slab. We started with excavation and formwork for the stairs — rebar tied, forms set to spec, and a smooth trowel finish on every tread. The driveway was prepped with proper base, graded for drainage, and poured to tie into the sidewalk. From the first dig to the final finish, every step was coordinated with the other trades on site.
